THERAPY FOR LIFE’S TRANSITIONS

Navigating Life’s Second Chapter

NAVIGATING LIFE’S NEXT CHAPTER

Compassionate therapy tailored to midlife challenges and personal growth.

Midlife often brings unexpected changes—children leaving home, career shifts, relationship changes, or loss of loved ones. When familiar roles fade, it's natural to feel overwhelmed and question your identity. Yet these transitions, while challenging, are invitations to explore new aspects of yourself and create a life aligned with your evolving values. I focus exclusively on working with middle-aged and older adults facing major life transitions— career changes, job loss, divorce, grief, and the empty nest phase. These experiences often catch us off guard, even when we think we're prepared. What I've learned through both my clinical training and years of practice is that these transitions, while difficult, can become powerful catalysts for rediscovering who we are and what truly matters to us. I understand that life's second half brings both opportunities and unexpected challenges. My clients often feel like they "should have it figured out by now," but major transitions can shake anyone's foundation. I provide a non-judgmental space where you can process change, rediscover your strengths, and build resilience for whatever comes next.

THERAPY FOR LIFE TRANSITIONS

Support for empty nests, retirement, loss, and the profound question—“What’s next?”

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience, I specialize in the transformative—often overwhelming—period of midlife and beyond.  My practice supports adults through pivotal transitions: adjusting to an empty nest after decades of active parenting, contemplating retirement and redefining identity beyond career, navigating unexpected changes, processing grief and loss, or wrestling with that persistent question: "What's next?"
